  • Recycling - Hornell is now running a "No-Sort Recycling Program". You no longer have to sort paper, plastic and glass. Recycling pickup is still the third full week of the month on your normal trash pickup day. Everyone is encouraged to take part in the program and help sustain the environment for future generations.

  • Credit Cards - For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for payment of your taxes, water and garbage bills. Please note that there is a convenience fee of 2.5% of the transaction or a minimum $1.95

Hornell Community Arts Center Summer Program.

Build a magical forest!!  The Arts Center will be open to the public July 6 - August 21, Mon-Fri 9:30-11:30 and 1-3:00. Activities include: Make your own swamp monster; Build a magical forest; Printmaking with potatoes; Bookmaking and story creation; Christmas in July and much more!!
