Public Hearing - There will be a Public Hearing on Local Law #3 of 2017 - Override the Tax Cap - on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 6:45 pm, in the courtroom of City Hall. This hearing is open to the public.
Recycling - Hornell is now running a "No-Sort Recycling Program". You no longer have to sort paper, plastic and glass. Recycling pickup is still the third full week of the month on your normal trash pickup day. Everyone is encouraged to take part in the program and help sustain the environment for future generations.
Credit Cards - For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for payment of your taxes, water and garbage bills. Please note that there is a convenience fee of 2.5% of the transaction or a minimum $1.95
Common Council Meeting - The next meeting of the Common Council will be MONDAY, March 27, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, 82 Main St., Hornell.
